No. I never use templates or clipart in your logo design. Your company logo design will be 100% original and unique. For each order/client, I create a unique and custom designed logo, delivered in under three business days.
Who owns the logo design? Copyright?
You do. I even supply you with a grayscale copy of your logo, so that you can register and trademark it.

of your logo in *.JPG 150dpi format for web or printing
purposes.

of your logo in *.PNG format. you can resize your .png logo in
most graphics programs, without losing resolution. The .png file
will also enable you to have your logo flash animated.

resizable for art and printing purposes.
